Dana Kennedy
Head of Global Development Program Strategy
Dana Kennedy is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Development Strategy at Aktis Oncology. She brings more than 20 years of oncology drug development experience spanning solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, leading multiple early-stage and registration programs with global approvals. Most recently, Dana served as Vice President Oncology Development Head for Genitourinary Cancers at Pfizer, where she guided the GU portfolio strategy and late-stage development programs across therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, ADCs, and antibody-based therapies. She led the global registrations and label expansions of PADCEV®, TALZENNA®, and XTANDI® and was instrumental in growing the GU portfolio through partnerships and acquisitions. Prior to joining Pfizer, Dana held leadership roles of increasing seniority at Seattle Genetics, where she contributed to the advancement and approval of multiple oncology ADC therapies, including ADCETRIS®. Dr. Kennedy began her career as a board-certified oncology pharmacist in academic clinical practice. In her free time, Dana enjoys spending time with family, skiing, and practicing yoga.
